Fees & Payment
Use of Fetch requires:
• A one-off $6 activation fee per Retail account
• A $3.99/month Fetch Access subscription for features and included content
• When adding additional devices to the same account a $3.99/month Multiroom fee is payable
Payment requires a valid Australian Visa or Mastercard. Transactions will appear on your credit card as Fetch TV North Sydney NSW. All fees are subject to change with notice. Device purchase price is separate from the above fees.
In addition to the purchase price of the Fetch device, there is a minimum first month cost of $9.99 (activation fee + first Fetch Access monthly fee) and minimum monthly ongoing cost of $3.99 (Fetch Access monthly fee).

Important Information
• HDMI to TV and a minimum broadband connectivity speed of 3Mbps is required.
• Use of the Fetch device and service counts toward your broadband data quota.
• SD channels use around 1GB per hour.
• Use of the Fetch Mighty Box to record TV must be in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 and other terms and conditions set out within the terms and conditions here
• This is a Fetch Retail device. Retail devices can be activated as new accounts or added to an existing Fetch Retail account as a Multiroom device. A maximum of three (3) Fetch devices can be linked to one Retail account.
• Fetch Retail devices cannot be used on the same account as a Fetch device supplied by broadband or phone providers.
• Each Retail account requires a one-off $6 activation fee and an ongoing Fetch Access subscription.
• Adding additional devices as Multiroom devices will incur a $3.99/month Multiroom fee per account
• Subscriptions are required for streaming apps and special interest channels.
• Premium content packs require separate subscriptions and have no lock-in contract.
• Content packs, included content and prices, subject to change.
• Additional charges apply for Movie Store and TV Store rentals and purchases.
• Recording is not available on the Mini, virtual playlist channels, or included channels. Movies are not recordable.
• 4K viewing requires a 4K-capable TV, 4K content, and a minimum line speed of 15 Mbps.
