• Promotions & Discounts: Promotional pricing, discounts, and voucher codes cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated. Final prices shown at checkout are final and binding.
• Retail Direct Restrictions: Fetch devices purchased on this site are for direct Fetch retail customers only. Existing customers billed through an Internet Service Provider (ISP) cannot connect a retail-purchased box via Multi-Room and must contact their ISP to purchase additional boxes.
• Fetch Access Subscription: Fetch requires an ongoing active Fetch Access subscription ($4.99/mo) to access the Service without which the set-top box will not operate. Applicable to new customers from 1 Dec 2025 and existing customers activating a new box from 4 Sep 2026.
• Activation & Multi-Room Fees: Includes a one-off $6 activation fee per household account. Accounts created or adding boxes from 1 Feb 2026 incur a monthly Multi-Room fee to connect up to 3 boxes per household.
• Eligibility & Technical Needs: To use the service in Australia, account holders must be 18+ with a valid Australian Visa or  Mastercard. The Fetch Mighty and Fetch Mini each require a fixed line broadband of 3+ Mbps per box., 4K content requires min line speed of 15 Mbps Internet data usage is metered independently by your ISP. 

Content, Purchases & Copyright

• Third-Party Services: Content apps (e.g., Netflix, Disney+) and optional Channel Packs require separate subscriptions.
• Purchases & Rentals: Additional charges apply for Store rentals/purchases. Rented content is accessible temporarily. Cancelling an account permanently revokes access to purchased titles and recordings.
• Copyright & AI Rules: Personal, non-commercial use only. Public screening, redistributing, or using Artificial Intelligence (AI) with any Fetch content is strictly prohibited. Recording depends on content rights; lost recordings are non-compensable.

Cancellation, Notice & Warranties

• Cancellation: Cancel content packs at any time at fetchtv.com.au/account, taking effect at the end of the billing month. If you cancel Fetch Access, you will disable the set-top box.
• Notice of Changes: Fetch may update terms with 21 days' notice and prices/material content with 30 days' notice.
• Consumer Rights & Refunds: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.  Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. For major failures with goods, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time; if this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service to obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
