Shipping policy

Items are dispatched via Australia Post usually within 1 business day after payment is processed.  Please allow 2-7 business days for your item to arrive.

Items will only be delivered during business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Items sent through Australia Post may require a signature upon collection. Buyers may receive a door knock or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for collection from their local post office.​​​​​​​

Buyers are able to track their delivery online with a unique tracking number. Tracking details will be confirmed once the order has been dispatched.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and mobile number upon checkout. Any changes to the delivery address after checkout will not be considered a valid change.

We do not ship orders outside of Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Boxes which include tracking.

We are not directly liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit, but we will work with buyers to best assist in resolving any issues.
