All Fetch Access features are available to you within 7 business days after you sign up to Fetch Access by completing that account application form, other than for Movie Box and Movie Rental Credits.

Due to the high volume of customers joining Fetch Access, it may take a bit longer to activate Movie Box and Movie Rental Credits to your account after you have signed up for Fetch Access.

Rest assured, Movie Box and your first Movie Credit will be added automatically as soon as provisioning is complete. No action is required from you. You will not be charged the Fetch Access Fee until your account is fully provisioned.

Fetch is a subscription-based entertainment platform.

While you own the hardware, an active Fetch Access subscription is required to support the platform, the interface, security updates and content delivery. If you cancel your Fetch Access subscription, the device will lose all functionality and unfortunately you will lose all the content you have previously purchased (eg: movies, TV shows).

If you restart your subscription, you will need to pay for the Fetch Retail account activation fee and sign up to pay the monthly Fetch Access fee.

No. Your purchases, and existing content pack subscriptions will remain available on your account following the upgrade. You can continue to subscriber to new content packs or unsubscribe from them at any time.

If you sign up to Fetch Access, as part of the transition:

• Movie Box will no longer be billed separately because it is included in Fetch Access once your account has successfully transitioned.
• As a bonus, if you have Fetch Access and at least one active content pack subscription (eg: Ultimate, Vibe, Variety, Knowledge or Kids Pack), you will also receive one Movie Rental Credit (valued at $7.99) every month.

Upgrading is simple:

1. 1. Opt in to Fetch Access and you will be sent a unique checkout code to your email address. Please make sure your email address is up to date and that you're subscirbed to received marketing communications from Fetch.

2. 2. Purchase your new device by going to the Fetch online store and use the unique checkout code sent to your email.

3. 3. When you receive your new device (by post), activate your new device on your existing Fetch account.

4. 4. Deactivate your old device: Do this by logging into your Fetch Account settings and choose "remove" next to the serial number of your Mini Gen 3 OR Mighty Gen 3. You MUST deactivate the old device so you aren't charged for multiroom fee. If you want to retain the old device as a multiroom device (that is, you can continue to use it in another room) you will be charged a monthly mutiroom fee.
   
   You do not need to return your old device, but please recycle it as e-waste facility.

Yes. Eligible customers can use the offer to save $50 on either an eligble Fetch Mini Gen 5 or Fetch Mighty Gen 4.

Fetch Mini is a compact streaming device for enjoying Fetch, included entertainment, watch free-to-air TV over the internet, streaming app, music and games. Fetch Mighty offers the same entertainment experience, plus a built-in PVR so you can record your favourite TV.

Once you opt in to Fetch access as part of the upgrade offer, a credit of $29.94 will be applied automatically to your Fetch account within 7 business days.

The $29.94 credit will be applied to your Fetch account after you opt in to Fetch Access. It can be used towards your Fetch Access subscription, content pack subscriptions or other eligible Fetch transactions, including buying or renting movies and TV shows from the Fetch Store.

The credit is equivalent to 6 months of Fetch Access per month. If you use some or all of the credit on other eligible Fetch content transactions, it will cover fewer than 6 months of Fetch Access.
