1. Pre-order offer

1.1 Pre-Order Offer and Eligibility

Pricing and Discount: The Fetch Mighty Pro has a recommended retail price of $999.

  • Eligible existing Fetch customers who complete the offer process will receive a unique $200 discount promo code, reducing the purchase price to $799.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria: The $200 loyalty discount is exclusively available to:

  • Fetch Gen 3 Mighty customers who would otherwise pay the Extended Service Levy (ESL) and including customers with an active Content Pack subscription.

  • Fetch Gen 3 Mini customers who would otherwise pay the ESL.

1.3 Discount Code & Opt-in Requirement: To claim the $200 discount code, eligible customers must complete the upgrade flow by opting in to an ongoing Fetch Access subscription ($4.99/month). The unique discount code supplied must be entered at checkout on the pre-order page.

1.4 Non-Transferable: The loyalty offer and discount codes are single use and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit, and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

1.5 Availability: Anyone with access to the pre-order page link may place an order at the standard $999 retail price. Pre-orders are filled in order of receipt and are subject to stock availability. Fetch reserves the right to cancel discounted pre-orders placed by ineligible customers or orders using invalid codes (in which case all paid amounts will be fully refunded.

2. Payment Structure and Deposit

You will pay for your Fetch Mighty Pro in two installments:

  1. Initial Deposit: A $200 refundable deposit is charged immediately upon order submission. This deposit forms part of the $799 total discounted purchase price.
  2. Remaining Balance: The outstanding balance of $599 (plus any applicable delivery fees) is due prior to dispatch.

Fetch will send a payment notification email closer to stock availability with instructions and a strict due date for final payment.

Your device will not be dispatched until the total purchase price is paid in full. If the balance is not paid by the specified due date, Fetch may cancel your pre-order and refund your $200 deposit.

3.  Estimated availability and delivery

Estimated Availability: The Fetch Mighty 4 Pro is currently estimated to be available for Australian dispatch starting 22 December 2026.

Schedule Disclaimer: Availability and dispatch dates are estimates only and may change due to supply chain, shipping, or manufacturing factors outside Fetch's reasonable control. Delivery timeframes may also be impacted by high carrier volumes during the Christmas holiday period.

Material Changes: If a material delay or change occurs regarding the estimated availability date, Fetch will notify you. If you do not agree to the revised schedule, you may request a full refund of your deposit.

Delivery Fees: Final delivery charges will be confirmed and calculated when you pay your remaining balance.

4.  Cancellation and refunds

Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund of all amounts paid, including your $200 deposit.

Fetch Cancellation: Fetch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel pre-orders due to inventory limitations or unforeseen circumstances. If Fetch cancels your order or is unable to supply your Fetch Mighty 4 Pro, all payments made will be automatically refunded.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method used. Fetch will process refunds within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation. After processing the refund may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

5.  Hardware Specifications & Production Variations

Included Hardware: The Fetch Mighty 4 Pro (G4MPRO2T) features a 2TB hard drive and comes with the all-new Fetch Voice Remote Pro, power supply, HDMI cable and Ethernet cable.

Production Variations: Final product specifications, features, included accessories, and software remain subject to final production specifications. If a material change is made to the product configuration prior to dispatch, Fetch will notify affected pre-order customers.

6. The Fetch Service and ongoing fees

Fetch Access: Use of the Fetch Mighty 4 Pro requires an active Fetch Access subscription ($4.99/month per account) and an active internet connection (minimum 3 Mbps download speed required).

Excluded Fees: The Fetch Mighty 4 Pro purchase price does not include ongoing Fetch Access fees, one-off retail activation fees ($6 for new retail accounts), optional Multiroom fees ($4.49/month per additional device), channel pack add-ons, third-party streaming app subscriptions, or Store rental/purchase charges. Service Terms: Access to and use of the Fetch Service remains subject to the general Fetch Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change by Fetch.
