What is included in the Fetch OCCOM offer?
The offer includes an eligible Fetch device, one month of the Ultimate Pack at $0, and one movie credit worth $7.99, so you can enjoy the ultimate Fetch entertainment experience from day one.
After the first month, the Ultimate Pack automatically renews at $26.99 per month unless cancelled. Cancel anytime.
A Fetch Access subscription for $4.99 per month is also required to use the device.
How much does Fetch Access cost?
Fetch Access costs $4.99 per month and is charged on an ongoing monthly basis.
Is Fetch Access included in the device price?
No. The device price and Fetch Access subscription are charged separately.
Do I need Fetch Access to use my Fetch device?
Yes. An active Fetch Access subscription is required to activate and continue using the device and its core Fetch features.

You are required to sign up to the Fetch TV Service in order to activate your Fetch Mini, Mini 4K or Mighty box and to pay a one-off $6 activation fee.
Fetch Access Monthly subscription of $4.99 is required.
Fee must be paid via a valid Australian Visa or Mastercard credit card and the credit card must continue to be valid for the service to operate. Subscriptions required for Channel Packs and streaming services.
Additional charges apply for Movie and TV Store purchases and Content Pack subscriptions. No lock-in contract.
The Fetch Mighty and Fetch Mini devices both require a fixed line broadband of 3+ Mbps per box. 4K viewing requires 4K TV, 4K content and min line speed of 15 Mbps.
Your broadband provider will meter your data. SD channels use around 1GB per hour. Use of the Fetch Mighty Box to record TV must be in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968 and other terms and conditions set out within the Fetch TV service.
Fetch devices purchased on this site are for Fetch direct customers only. If you have an existing box through one of our Internet Service Providers, you will not be able to connect a box purchased on this store via Multiroom. Contact your Internet Service Provider to check availability and purchase additional boxes.
